Laura Marling的新專輯Once I Was an Eagle發了好一陣子了，但我最近也只想聽她的歌。即使看了電影、看了書，發覺心裡仍然缺少什麼，直到聽了音樂才懂。

聽完了Shelter Song會自然地想起The Rolling Stones的Jumping Jack Flash這首。

半熟男女Young Adult

最近看了這部電影，很有意思的一部電影，但很可惜，台灣直接發行DVD沒上院線。這有點像失控的人生寫照。預告裡的一句文案寫得很貼切「人都會變老，但不一定會成長」，大概就是這部電影的主旨吧。不過並不一味在表示成長一定很好，當中有許多反思，可以想想Young Adult到底是青春好還是成人好的意涵。



這首歌是Teenage Fanclub的經典歌曲「The Concept」，在電影中會出現很多次，所以看完電影會忘不了這首歌。

Alabama Shakes樂團太好聽

在BBC連續不同時間分別播出Hold On、I Found You、Hang Loose之後，終於我也被Alabama Shakes樂團收服了。一開始聽到電台播歌時，因為樂曲風格，以為是老樂團，有天忍不住找了，才知道竟然是今年2月才發了第一張專輯的新團!!

我真是太喜歡Alabama Shakes這味了，初聽他們的歌讓我想起Amy Winehouse、Jack White，還有Otis Redding。總之，會喜歡藍調靈魂的，應該都會喜歡Alabama Shakes這個團吧。

再看到唱片文案寫的「讓Adele與Jack White為之傾倒的驚豔搖滾之聲」、「猶如Janis Joplin、Etta James再現的藍調靈魂嗓音」。難怪會讓我想起Jack White，因為他們玩的音樂風格有部分相似。查了資料，還看到Jack White帶著他們做巡迴演唱當暖場團。文案裡也有提到對他們影響深遠的歌手和樂團，果然也有Otis Redding。因為聽到「You Ain't Alone」這首歌之後，會一直想到Otis Redding的「Try A Little Tenderness」這首。可能都是3拍的歌，加上歌曲的鋪成有點像，歌曲到後面的情緒表現都會變得很濃烈。

Alabama Shakes的專輯Boys & Girls整張幾乎都很好聽，若是也喜歡藍調靈魂音樂的人，相信不會錯過他們。

主唱Brittany也是個「重量級」的女生，卡卡小姐上次被嫌胖不是說到：「Adele還比我胖」，那Adele會不會也說：「Brittany還比我胖」^^

最近常聽的專輯是Lucy Rose在9月下旬發行的新專輯Like I Used To，目前沉溺在這首歌裡。這首現場版是在專輯發行前一年放的，跟錄音版比較起來，節奏顯得有些些急促，建議聽專輯錄音版的。

病了一週，今天終於像是活過來了一般，體力恢復，頭腦總算也比較清醒了。聽歌~

目前很喜歡The xx新專輯裡的Fiction這首歌。Oliver的聲音真是好有磁性又迷人。之前聽bbc訪問他們，那天還有現場表演6首歌。他們在接受訪問時，說話的方式也跟唱歌一樣這麼沉靜，真是好喜歡。因為我太受不了聒噪的人了。

Cat Power新專輯9月初要發行了!!!這次還是自己製作。
距上一張專輯竟然有6年之久，怎麼一點都不覺得有過這麼久了呢?
也許是因為都是好的作品，所以不擔心時間太久而被遺忘吧。
寧願慢慢熬出好作品，也不要胡亂一張一張不停地發。

幾個月前在BBC上聽到，被她的聲音吸引，所以趕緊找youtube看了一下。
不過當時沒有記下來，隔了3個月再度收聽BBC，聽到她的別首新歌，才終於又找到了她!!
雖然沒有亮麗的外表，不過看她打鼓的樣子真的超帥氣的。
又是一位創作型歌手，9月即將要發個人首張專輯了，真是令人期待。
